Second Saturday Morning Cartoons

Step back into one of childhood’s favorite traditions with Saturday Morning Cartoons at Edenton Commons.

Join us the second Saturday each month from 9:00 AM to Noon as The Garden comes alive with classic and family-friendly cartoons on the big screens in a comfortable, climate-controlled setting. Each month features a different theme—from Superheroes and Princes & Princesses to Pirates, Sports, and more—with themes returning throughout the year so everyone can enjoy their favorites.

Admission is free, and children are encouraged to dress for the featured theme. The first 50 kids who arrive in costume will receive a complimentary themed treat bag while supplies last.

Families are welcome to bring breakfast, coffee, or snacks from one of downtown Edenton’s local cafés or bakeries, or purchase refreshments available at the venue. Sugary cereals available for those who really want to relive the moment. Whether you’re introducing a new generation to the joy of Saturday morning cartoons or reliving your own childhood memories, it’s the perfect way to spend a fun and relaxing morning together.
