Break out the neon, leg warmers, acid-wash denim, and big hair for Retro Rave: A Totally ’80s Dance Party, Edenton Commons’ signature celebration of the unforgettable 1980s. From synth-pop and new wave to rock, dance hits, and the songs that defined MTV, The Garden transforms into a totally rad ’80s party filled with great music, vibrant neon décor, exceptional food, handcrafted cocktails, and plenty of opportunities to hit the dance floor.

Doors open at 5:30 PM, giving guests time to enjoy dinner, mingle with friends, and soak in the ’80s atmosphere before the party begins. The event officially starts at 6:00 PM with an evening of music, dancing, and nonstop hits from one of pop culture’s most iconic decades. Whether you’re dancing to classics from artists like Cyndi Lauper, Prince, Madonna, Michael Jackson, Wham!, Tears for Fears, a-ha, and Bon Jovi or simply enjoying the scene from your table, Retro Rave is all about the music, energy, and over-the-top style of the ’80s.

The food gets in on the nostalgia too, with inspiration from classic ’80s party favorites and candy that may take you straight back to the corner store, arcade, or mall.

1980s-inspired attire is encouraged. Neon, leather, denim, windbreakers, scrunchies, leg warmers, oversized accessories, high-tops, shoulder pads, and seriously big hair are all fair game. Go full ’80s or just add enough retro flair to prove you understood the assignment. Like, totally.

**General Admission – $100**

Enjoy entertainment, dancing, delicious food, alcohol-free beverages, and first-come seating throughout the evening.

**VIP Admission – $125**

Everything included with General Admission, plus reserved premium seating and dedicated beverage service.

**Golden Ticket – $150**

Our premier experience includes all VIP benefits plus a $35 prepaid card toward beverages.
