Back to the Future Bash: An Epic ’90s & Y2K Throwback

Dig out your flannel shirts, butterfly clips, cargo pants, and velour tracksuits for Back to the Future Bash: An Epic ’90s & Y2K Throwback, Edenton Commons’ signature celebration of the music, fashion, and pop culture of the 1990s and 2000s. From grunge and hip-hop to boy bands, pop princesses, and the hits that filled our mixtapes and MP3 players, The Garden transforms into a nostalgic party filled with great music, throwback décor, exceptional food, handcrafted cocktails, and plenty of opportunities to hit the dance floor.

Doors open at 5:30 PM, giving guests time to enjoy dinner, mingle with friends, and relive the days before smartphones ruled our lives. The event officially starts at 6:00 PM with an evening of music, dancing, and unforgettable hits from two decades that gave us everything from dial-up internet to the iPod. Whether you’re dancing to classics from artists like Britney Spears, NSYNC, Backstreet Boys, TLC, Nirvana, Spice Girls, Destiny’s Child, Outkast, Usher, and Beyoncé or simply enjoying the nostalgia from your table, Back to the Future Bash is all about the music, memories, and wonderfully questionable fashion choices of the era.

The food gets in on the nostalgia too, with inspiration from favorite ’90s and 2000s snacks, party foods, and candy that might transport you straight back to the school cafeteria, video rental store, or mall food court.

1990s and Y2K-inspired attire is encouraged. Flannel, baggy jeans, bucket hats, butterfly clips, platform shoes, tracksuits, low-rise denim, graphic tees, and enough denim to make Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears proud are all fair game. Dress like your favorite music video, channel your teenage self, or just show up ready to party. As if we’d judge.

VIP Admission – $125

Everything included with General Admission, plus reserved premium seating and dedicated beverage service.

Golden Ticket – $150

Our premier experience includes all VIP benefits plus a $35 prepaid card toward beverages.
