Oktoberfest: Better Late Than Lederhosen!
Who says Oktoberfest has to happen in September? Well, the Germans, actually. But we’re fashionably late to the party!
Join us at Edenton Commons for a full day of Bavarian-inspired festivities featuring food trucks, cold drinks, music, games, competitions, and plenty of good company.
Break out your lederhosen, dust off your dirndl, or simply come as you are. We’re planning a lively mix of traditional Oktoberfest fun and friendly competition, which may include:
- Stein-Holding Competitions: Think you can hold a full stein longer than everyone else? Here’s your chance to prove it!
- Lederhosen & Dirndl Contest: Dress to impress with your best Bavarian-inspired attire.
- Pretzel Toss & Festival Games: Test your skills and compete for bragging rights.
- Music, Sing-Alongs & Group Dancing: Because Oktoberfest is better when everyone gets involved!
Food trucks will be available throughout the day, offering plenty of opportunities to grab a bite between activities. With a relaxed, come-and-go format and reentry permitted, you can stop by for an hour or make an entire day of it.
